Cost

I am an in-network provider for behavioral/mental health insurance coverage administered by Evernorth (formerly Cigna), Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, and Aetna.

I am considered out-of-network for all other insurance plans. I can provide detailed receipts that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Please consult your insurance provider if you have specific questions about reimbursement. Payment is expected at the time of service and can be in the form of check, cash, or major credit card.

• Do I have behavioral/mental health insurance benefits?

  • If yes, what is my co-pay for service codes 90791 (55 minute initial assessment) and 90837 (55 minute psychotherapy session)?

    • Do I have a deductible for services 90791 and 90837, and has it been met?

  • If no, what is my out-of-network behavioral/mental health benefit reimbursement rate for service codes 90791 and 90837?
